Schedule a virtual or in-person walkthrough at least 2 weeks before your planned listing date.

Lacy walks through your home virtually or in person.
Get all of your questions answered.
Recommendations for low cost/high impact improvements.
3.
Receive a proposal within 24 hours.
Sign our service agreement and your staging date is confirmed.
4.
Complete all planned / recommended improvements.
Remove everything that will not be part of staging.
Professionally deep clean your home.
5.
Pre-arrange access; You do not need to be present.
Allow a full day to complete installation.
6.
Work with your agent to schedule a photoshoot.
7.
Keep your home staged until all contingencies are fulfilled.
8.
Your staging expires on the last day of the term stated in your proposal.
9.
5 days notice required to destage.
